Film Analysis (Juno)

The name Juno came from the Roman goddess of women, marriage and childbirth. Juno or Hera in Greek was pressuring the other wives of Zeus when they were about to give birth to their babies. Other Characters were Paulie Bleeker the father of Juno’s baby in the film who did not stand on his own two feet to stop Juno from letting the baby be adopted. Juno’s father Mac was a cool father he didn’t even show that his mad about knowing that his daughter was pregnant, he even helped his daughter Juno to close the deal with the Lorings on adopting Juno’s baby. The setting of the story fits the film because the typical setting. A very noisy school, it’s like setting that you could be easily influenced by other people to do bad things. The plot starts with Juno being pregnant then, she tells her family that she’s pregnant as the rising action and then the climax was when she was deciding whether to abort the baby or keep it but in the end she decided that the baby will be adopted by the Lorings after that Mark Loring decided to have a divorce with Vanessa but after that Vanessa still adopted the baby and Juno and Paulie realized that they were meant for each other. The Conflict was when Juno got pregnant and was deciding whether to keep the baby or not. The theme was kind of a pro-life one because in today’s society many consider abortion as a result for an unwanted pregnancy. Juno’s archetype is a terrible mother for me because she gave her baby although she gave it to a mother that can care better than her but still she could have keep it and seek help to Paulie and to her parents. The seasons could have represented Juno’s trimester as a pregnant women.

camping

For the last 3 days,all nstp students stayed at the dlsc campsite because we had our camping.For the first night we as a group grilled a liempo for our dinner ,I had a hard time sleeping because of all the noise,and on the morning we had our river trek and its the fun part of the camp,we were in two places at the same time,namely in silang,cavite and in binan,laguna.We walk in to the river got ourselves wet and my shoes was so dirty.At night we had our presentations about all the influences that will help us to have a better view of our main reason why we were their and thats to experience what our future receivers of our help are experiencing.For that night,we grilled tilapia for our dinner, I slept for 5 hrs that night.

Badminton or Tennis

Which is easier to play Badminton or Tennis?Which racquet is more durable?Badminton and Tennis are both played with the use of a Racquet.Many people say that Badminton is easier to learn than Tennis.In Badminton,the shuttle cock must not touch the Floor.The players must keep the shuttle cock in the air.In Tennis its hard to control the ball,because it must not touch the ground twice or more.The Racquets of both sports are both expensive of course the quality and price of the racquets vary depending on the brand.For Badminton,I've seen Racquets prices from P750-10,000,for sure high durable racquets can cost P3,000 and up.For Tennis,I;ve seen racquets prices ranging from P800-6,000.Theres no problem whem it comes to the Tennis racquet,because the body of the racquet is not far from the handle so it will not break easily unlike in badminton,there's a long metal shaft separating the head from the handle,i've seen badminton rackets break and wiggle.These two Racquets have a common metal that experts says that its the best for the racquets its called Carbon fibre.Personally, I would prefer Badminton to play because its easier to learn,for racquet durability I prefer a Tennis racquet because of its the handle is not far from the body and it will not break easily.

Evan Almighty the Summary

The movie "Evan Almighty" started at a Election campaign when Evan Baxter(Steve Carell) is campaigning to be a Congressman.And eventually he won and left his job as a News Broadcaster and also transferred to a new House in suburban north virginia with his Family.After arriving at his New House strange things began to happen.Animal started following Evan,he grew a bear and everytime he shave it off it comes back,eight lots were sold in his name but he never bought even one out of the eight lots,stone age tools and wood planks were sent to his home.And the number 614 keep appearing in different places.Evan soon learned that 614 is a verse in the bible.In Genesis 6:14,God told Noah to build an Ark because flood was coming.In the Movie God(Morgan Freeman) told Evan to build an ark because flood was coming in the mid-day of September 22.His Family thought that Evan is crazy but soon will help him to build the Ark.

Evan was suspended by the veteran Congressman Long after he told that God told him to build an Ark.Evan's family left him after the Ark building was telecast.Weeks after Joan(The wife of Evan)left him,God appeared to her as a waiter and explained to her that God creates Family to be together in whatever obstacles come to them,so she return to Evan with their three son's:Ryan,Jordan and Dylan to finish the Ark.Evan's colleagues told him that Cong.Long build a Dam nearby and cut corners to save money for him(Cong.Long).

September 22 came with clear skies.Evan loads up the Animals of different kind in pairs.Hours past and stiil no sign of Rain and the News crews and his neighbors started booing him and jeering Evan.Suddenly Dark clouds appear and rain started pouring down and Evan told everybody to board the Ark but no one listened.Then the rain stopped and everyone laughed at Evan.Evan also thought that it's over suddenly the Dam brokedown people started running around and board the Ark.The Ark rush down the streets of Washington D.C from the water of the Dam and lands several feet from Capitol.Evan tells Long that the flood was caused by his poorly made dam, which interest the other congressmen present to turn on him,Cong.Long was arrested.Evan and his family go on a hiking trip which they had planned before the Ark building and God reappears to Evan, telling him that the way to change the world is by doing one Act of Random Kindness ("ARK") after another.
